I started at EY as an auditor and consultant, learning to turn messy problems into clear steps.
That mindset—systems thinking, plain language, strong follow‑through—still guides my work.
Then I moved into Planning & Integration for the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, helping connect teams, venues, and functions so decisions stayed simple.
At Informa Markets I managed kiosk systems for international trade events.
My approach: sit with the people doing the work and build simple tools that save time.
Next up: MOC Manager for the Arab Cup—a perfect rehearsal for bigger stages.
Then the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022: keep a complex system running smoothly, every day.
And Paris 2024: same principle—reduce noise, surface signals, empower teams.
I bring calm leadership, clear comms, and tools that make good decisions easier.
Between tournaments I consult with the WISE Education Forum and Black Engineering.
We streamlined speaker data and agendas, and built dashboards that made progress and risks obvious.
Today I’m Client Operations Manager for Club World Cup 2025 and World Cup 2026.
For AFC 2027 I’m building the master schedule and lightweight tools teams actually use.
