The leadership team needed to see what was happening across all venues and areas, but our old reporting systems were making it hard to get the full picture quickly.
After building some standard reports, I saw a chance to make things better. I created a mobile dashboard app that pulled live data from different sources into one place. This meant leaders could get all the information they needed in one spot.
Leaders could now check how everything was running in real-time, no matter where they were. This made decision-making much faster and gave us unprecedented visibility during crucial moments.
Streamlined document workflow and approvals
Getting operational documents finalized was taking too long because we needed input from so many different teams, leading to confusion about versions and delays.
I built a custom app using Microsoft Power Apps that connects to SharePoint lists, making it super easy to see who owns, contributes to, and reviews each document. I integrated it with Power BI to create live dashboards using data visualization tools that automatically show how documents are moving along and how they depend on each other.
This new system made tracking tasks, approvals, and document status so much smoother. Everyone automatically gets daily and weekly updates about what they need to do, which means less time chasing people and more time for teams to focus on meaningful reviews together.
